First Time Breakers: 12 and under who have never broke before get a quick lesson and three breaks.
Creative Open: Creative breaking routine with a maximum of 8 stations using any materials except glass.
Creative Wood: Creative breaking routine with a maximum of 8 stations using only wood.
5 Point Break: Breaking routine using wood with 5 human holders holding in a circle.
Power Wood/Concrete Hand: Down strike using the hand. Most common palm, hammer fist, knife hand.
Power Wood/Concrete Elbow: Down strike using elbow. Drop elbow or overhand elbow.
Power Wood/Concrete Foot: Down strike using ball of foot. Foot stomp most common.
Horizontal Wood Foot: Horizontal foot strike. Most common side kick, round kick.
3 Directional: Horizontal break to right and left with hand or elbow. Down strike with hand or elbow.
Double Wood Hand/Elbow: Down strike with both hands or elbows hitting simultaneously on spaced wood.
Non-spaced Hand/Foot/Elbow: Down strike on non-spaced wood.
