General Information

The Oxford Champions Open returns 13th & 14th September - and we are nearly at our dream of a full two-day event.

All about the competition - Beginners, Novices and Intermediates showing what they are made of. And yes, Advanced fighters we've got you too:
Open Weights in Points Fighting and Just Blitz (Hands Only)
Light Continuous, Kick Light and Martial Boxing will be run by weight category.

Early Registration:
First Category - £30
Second Category - £25

Grand Champion - £35

First Category - £35

Grand Champion - £35 (Must be 18 years and over)
Tag Teams - £40 per category

Spectator Tickets: £20 (Saturday evening and Sunday) Kihapp (until registration closes)/£25 cash on the door

Competitor Categories:
First Timer: Never competed before or took part in a maximum of 3 tournaments without placing or Trained less than 6 months. Placing by default doesn't count!

Novice: Have competed for no more than a year or trained for more than a year and haven't placed 1st or 2nd at a recognised event: ICO, WAKO, WKU, WKKC, ISKA. Head Coaches please use your judgment if you have a fighter that has competed a little over a year but is still a Novice, then they are a Novice!

Intermediate: Have been competing for up to 3 years or trained for no more than 3 years but never placed at a recognised event: ICO, WAKO, WKU, WKKC, ISKA in an advanced category.

We urge all coaches to exercise integrity when entering their fighters into the correct categories and we trust that common sense will prevail to ensure fun, competitive categories.

Timings:
Doors open at 8.00am.
Weigh in will begin at 8.00am
Fighting will start at 9.30am

All athletes enter at their own risk and Parents/Guardians/Coaches enter their children into a contact sport knowing there is a risk of injury involved. (No Children in any Adult Categories)
