This inner gym tournament is open to all members from Rivals Gym only (no outside gyms)

Agility Blazepods

This section is open to all members and all abilities.

A 60 second round of random flashing lights on the floor will test your reaction times, accuracy and speed against your opponent. All these lights are connected to an App which will determine the winner who will progress through the tournament.

The only equipment you'll need for this category is your uniform and some trainers. Making it perfect for all abilities including members who have just recently joined.

Light Contact
A 90 second round of fast paced (light) sparring. Non stop continuous sparring where the 3 judges make a decision at the end of the round based on control, ability, clean shot landed, evasion and mat control. Winner progresses through the tournament

Low Kick
A 90 second round of fast paced (light) sparring. Non stop continuous sparring where the 3 judges make a decision at the end of the round based on control, ability, clean shot landed, evasion and mat control. Winner progresses through the tournament

Boxing
A 90 second round of fast paced (light) sparring. Non stop continuous sparring where the 3 judges make a decision at the end of the round based on control, ability, clean shot landed, evasion and mat control. Winner progresses through the tournament

Spectator fee is £10

• Should you fail to make weight for your registered category, you will be able to be moved up or down a section.

• Our Gym, located on floor 2 will be used as a warm up area and floor 3 will have 3 areas set up

• Our fully operational kitchen will be in operation for drinks, snacks and meals with the money going to the fundraising team.

• Weigh ins will start promptly at 9am and close at 10.30am with tournament starting at 11am
