Please pay your registration fees either:

-By bank transfer before the tournament, or
-By cash or Bancontact Pay (QR-Code) on the tournament day

⚠️ Entrance fee for spectators: €5 ⚠️
(This fee is only payable at the visitor entrance on the day of the tournament, by cash or Bancontact Pay.)

⚠️SCHEDULE & WEIGH-IN ⚠️
KATA
All Kata participants must be present at the venue by 08:30 AM for registration and briefing.

WEIGH-IN
Weigh-in is available on the day of the tournament from: 08:00 AM – 10:00 AM

All competitors participating in Semi Contact, Light Contact or Low Kick-Light Contact must complete their weigh-in within this time period.
Please make sure to arrive in sufficient time for registration and weigh-in.

⚠️ RULES & EQUIPMENT ⚠️
This tournament follows the International Budo Federation / Eurobudo Rulebook.
Exception in the rulebook: In Semi Contact, open gloves are permitted.

WOMEN
Teams consist of 3 fighters:
1 fighter from -60 kg
1 fighter from -65 kg
1 fighter from +65 kg

MEN
Teams consist of 3 fighters:
1 fighter from -65 kg
1 fighter from -75 kg
1 fighter from +75 kg

IMPORTANT: Registration is completed through KiHapp. Payment is not processed through KiHapp.
Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

Payment can also be made at registration/check-in on the day of the tournament, either in cash or via Bancontact Pay using the available QR code.
Please ensure that the amount paid corresponds to the total registration fees.

⚠️ INSURANCE ⚠️
All participants must have valid insurance coverage for participation in the tournament.
Insurance documents may be checked on the day of the tournament.
Participation is at the participant's own risk. The organiser cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from a participant not having valid insurance coverage.
