EXPERIENCE LEVELS - RING SPORTS

K1 Light • Boxing • Light Contact Ring

Beginner – Fewer than 3 previous interclubs or competitions.

Advanced – Competitors with 1 or more show fight experience OR Black Belt Grade

Please select the level that best reflects your experience. Coaches should ensure competitors are entered into the appropriate category.

EXPERIENCE LEVELS - MAT SPORTS

Points Fighting • Light Contact • Kick Light

Beginner – Fewer than 3 previous competitions or interclubs.

Advanced – Black belts and/or national-level competitors, including established fight-team competitors.

Please note that the venue is situated on a pedestrianised high street and parking immediately outside the venue is limited.

Free on-street parking can be found in the streets adjacent and near to the venue.

There are pay-and-display multi-storey car parks in Altrincham town centre, 2-5 mins walk:

ON THE DAY

Light refreshments and a tuck shop will be available throughout the day.

Please arrive in plenty of time before your category and ensure competitors have all appropriate protective equipment.

All competitors must have a valid martial arts licence OR membership to governing body for martial arts and combat sports.
