• Light contact only; excessive contact results in a warning before disqualification.
• No knockouts; instant disqualification for violations.
• One coach per corner.
• Allowed: punches/kicks to the body and light punches to the head. Front leg sweeps to the non-supported foot are permitted.
• Required protective gear: Hand gear, headgear, shin/instep protection, groin guard, and mouthpiece.
