The Jonas Academy Inter Club is designed to give students a safe, supportive environment to test their skills, gain experience, and build confidence.

This event is not about winning or losing.
Coaches are encouraged to help fighters focus on technique, control, and composure under pressure.

We offer bouts across Muay Thai and K1, allowing multiple fighters to compete on the same day while keeping the event well-organised and enjoyable for all.

(Juniors only to ensure a smooth start)

Adult Registration & Weigh-In
🕤 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Juniors (Ages 5–15)
• Full protective equipment
• Bodyguard required
• 3 × 1-minute rounds
• 30 seconds rest

Adults (16+)
• Full protective equipment
• 16oz gloves
• 3 × 1½-minute rounds
• 45 seconds rest
