Open to juniors and seniors aged 5+ from all clubs and organizations. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced competitor, there's a division for you!

🛡️ Tournament Divisions

🏆 1. Grand Champions Division

Elimination-style brackets with 🥇🥈🥉 high-quality medals

Winners have the option to purchase title belts for grand Champions Division

Controlled techniques only – kicks & punches must be light and respectful we have 4 strike and move rule

🌟 2. Double Glory Division (Beginners)

Perfect for nervous or shy first-time competitors

Light contact, safe environment

🤝 Both fighters’ hands raised at the final bell

Everyone walks away a winner!

When registration Double Glory please but correct category. No need worry about contact these championships are controlled all about technique
🟢 Beginner
Complete beginners. New to competition, may be nervous or unsure.
🔵 Novice
Some experience. More confident with good basic movement and control.
🟠 Advanced
Regular competitors. 3+ fights with solid skills and confidence.
🔴 Elite
Highly experienced competitors. Strong skills, confident and competitive.

⚠️ Important Info & Rules

🥋 Light Contact Kickboxing ONLY

❌ No excessive force – max 4 consecutive strikes

⚖️ 3kg weight allowance – if off, you’ll be moved up a division

🧠 Headshots allowed for ages 11+ only

❗ No registration on the day

🛑 Registration closes Sunday, 2nd November

💳 Entry Fees via Kihapp only

€20 per competitor

€10 per spectator
