SKR Development Tournament

1. PLACE & VENUE:
The tournament will be held at Greyville School Hall, Anemone avenue, Lenasia, Johannesburg

2. DATES:
1. All Weigh-in will take place on FRIDAY 17 April 2026 from 18h00 to 19h00 OR 18 April 2026 from 07h30 to 08h30 at the address above.
2. Competition will be starting at 9h00

3. MODES OF PARTICIPATION:
3.1 Tatami
Shiya Waza
Musical Kata,
Traditional Kata,
Weapons Kata,
Traditional Kumite,
Semi Contact,
Light Contact,
Kick Light
Team event (Please Whatsapp Team names to JSJ- Junior and senior teams)

4. MEDICAL PROCEDURE:
1. All athletes competing at the tournament must provide a copy of their annual valid Medical Certificate that was
signed by a medical doctor declaring they are fit & healthy to compete at the weigh in & registration.

5. WEIGH IN AND ADMINISTRATION:
1. Athletes competing must hand in a correctly completed and signed indemnity form & copy of a Medical Certificate.
2. Athletes under the age of 18 years old must have their indemnities signed by a parent or legal guardian.
3. There will be no indemnities available at weigh-in and registration process.
4. Instructors should complete this admin before arrival.
5. No athlete will be allowed to compete without all the correctly completed documentation.

6. AGE CATERGORIES:
Age 4-12 Juniors, White to Green and Blue To Black
Age 13-17 ,White to green and Blue to black
Age 18+ Senior, White to green and Blue to Black
