Welcome back to 'SPAR WARS'! A Friendly Local ITF Sparring Tournament being held at North Lakes, QLD, 4509!

š„ Sparring - Guaranteed at least two matches! Open to all competitors, with divisions based on age, weight, rank, and gender (as best as possible based on numbers).
ā” Open Weight āSpeedā Sparring - Fast-paced, high-energy bouts! 16+ only, 1-minute rounds, open weight, open rank, with divisions separated by gender.
š Team Sparring - Assemble your squad! Teams will be selected and ran on the day!

Pee Wee No Contact Sparring - For our little kickers we have a No Contact Sparring! A fun introduction to tournaments and sparring. Great for building confidence and experiencing the day. Open to 7 Years and Under.
(Please note, if entered in No Contact Sparring the competitor cannot do normal sparring too... Please only enter in one.)
