📋 Rules & Guidelines
- Participants: Only female athletes can register.
- Spectators: Entry restricted to female attendees .
- Volunteers & Staff: All operational roles are filled by women

**Date:** 8 August 2026
**Venue:** 45 Ohio Avenue, Primrose Park

Dear Instructors and Coaches,

We are excited to welcome you and your team to the **2nd Annual Women’s Day Full Contact Karate Tournament**, a celebration of the strength, skill, and empowerment of women and girls in martial arts.

To ensure a smooth and well-organised event, please carefully review the following guidelines:

1. Registration & Entries

* All **official entries must be emailed at least two (2) weeks prior** to the tournament.
* All draws will be completed before tournament day.
* Final checks will be conducted at the tournament to ensure all details are correct.

2. Required Documents (Hard Copies Only)

Please bring the following, fully completed and signed:

* Instructor/Coach Declaration Form
* Official List of Entries
* Proof of Payment (per club)
* Indemnity Form (for each participant)
* Medical Consent Form (for each participant)

**Important:**

* All forms must be clearly labelled with your club name.
* Electronic copies will not be accepted at check-in.

3. Check-In & Weigh-In Process**

Step 1: Check-In

* Teams must check in together, led by the head coach or instructor.
* Officials will verify all documentation.

Step 2: Weigh-In

* All fighters will be weighed to confirm their registered categories.
* Final verification will be conducted to ensure all entries are correct and aligned with the pre-completed draws.

4. Final Submission

Head coaches/instructors must submit the following at check-in:

* Coach Declaration Form
* Official List of Entries
* Proof of Payment

Once all processes are complete, your team will be ready to participate.
