The Championships are held under the auspices of the International Taekwon-Do Federation Union (ITFU) and will be organized in full compliance with all international rules, safety standards, and competition regulations approved by the ITFU.

Participants must be accompanied by a master instructor, and full payment is due upon completion of registration. After these registration stages, changes or cancellations will not be possible before or after this period. The entry fee is non-refundable in the event of withdrawal from the tournament.
