General Information
Please read the following information and follow the instructions to ensure that your registration is complete.
Location: Pocahontas Middle School — 12000 Three Chopt Road, Richmond, VA 23233
Fighters may register for up to 2 divisions. Registration is non-transferable.
YOUTH COMPETITORS:
You are considered a youth competitor if you are under the age of 18 at the time of the competition.

Fighters License
Fighters must have their license to fight. All licenses are valid for 365 days.

Youth Waiver
If you are under 18 years old, please have your parent/legal guardian sign the
Youth Waiver.

Youth Weigh-ins on day of competition: Saturday, July 11th, 2026: All events — Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing & MMA.
ADULT COMPETITORS:
You are considered an adult competitor if you are 18 years and over at the time of competition. *If you are 35 years and over, a comprehensive physical is required (see below).

Fighters must have their license to fight. All licenses are valid for the year and expire every December 31st.

Cornermans working corners for their fighters must have their WKA Corner License.

Spectator Tickets for Friends & Family
Purchase Spectator Tickets here. Free entrance for children 6 years and under. No refunds or exchanges. Prices will increase at the door.
PLEASE NOTE FOR COACHES MEETING:
COACHES MEETING: Friday, July 10th, 8:30 PM. Will take place via live call. Information will be made available closer to the day of competition.
REGISTRATION IS FINAL.
Refunds are only issued to competitors whose divisions are closed due to insufficient competitors or those who provide a physician's note stating they are unable to compete.
