Kids 7-11 / Juniors 12-14 / Cadets 15-17 / Adults 18-39 / Veterans 40-49 / Masters 50+

🥋 EXPERIENCE LEVEL CLASSIFICATIONS:
Beginner/Novice - Under 1 Year Training - Coloured Belt
Intermediate - Under 2 Years Training - Coloured Belt
Advanced - 3+ Years Training - 1st Kyu (Kup) and Black Belts

WMAC Great Britain proudly presents Kaizen Champions 2026 — a landmark collaboration uniting traditional excellence, modern performance, and live combat competition under one roof.

This open event welcomes all styles, all associations, and all experience levels, bringing together martial artists from across the UK to perform, compete, and connect in an environment built on respect, fairness, and progression.

From classical kata to high-energy X-Treme forms, and now Points Fighting, Kumite, and MMA Light, Kaizen Champions represents the full spectrum of modern martial arts.

Points Fighting
- Light-contact, continuous or stop-start divisions
- Categorised by age, weight, and experience

Kumite
- Traditional karate-style sparring
- Controlled contact with emphasis on timing, technique, and etiquette

MMA Light
- Controlled MMA format
- Striking, clinch, and takedowns permitted
- Designed for safety, skill development, and progression
