1. PLACE & VENUE:
The tournament will be held at GREYVILLE School Hall, Anemone avenue, Lenasia, Johannesburg

2. DATES:
1. All Weigh-in will take place on FRIDAY 13 February from 18h00 to 19h00 OR 14 February 2026from 07h30 to 08h30 at the address above.
2. Competition will be starting at 9h00

3. MODES OF PARTICIPATION:
3.1 Tatami
Shiya Waza Forms,Grappling,Semi Contact, Light Contact, Kick Light and Team event

4. MEDICAL PROCEDURE:
1. All athletes competing at the tournament must provide a copy of their annual valid Medical Certificate that was
signed by a medical doctor declaring they are fit & healthy to compete at the weigh in & registration.

5. WEIGH IN AND ADMINISTRATION:
1. Athletes competing must hand in a correctly completed and signed indemnity form & copy of a Medical Certificate.
2. Athletes under the age of 18 years old must have their indemnities signed by a parent or legal guardian.
3. There will be no indemnities available at weigh-in and registration process.
4. Instructors should complete this admin before arrival.
5. No athlete will be allowed to compete without all the correctly completed documentation.

6. AGE CATERGORIES:
Age 4-18 Juniors, White to Green and Blue To Black
Age 18+ Senior, White to green and Blue to Black

7. Deadline for Registration and all payments 11 February 2026.

By registering and participating in this tournament, I hereby declare that I am fit and in good health to successfully participate in his event. I am not on any medication,drugs,stimulants etc

All athletes/parents/students/guardians and supporters willingly join these events and in no manner,shape or form, will hold teachers,staff,students,referees,judges or organisers liable for any occurence regrding he above mentioned event.
The best quality and care will be taken at all our events but in the event of any ill occurences, the expenses are solely that of the parents or guardians. No other parties can be held liable whether financially, emotionally or otherwise.
