NOVICE - ADVANCED CATEGORIES

** THIS IS A NO HEAD CONTACT EVENT **

Championship belts awarded on the day to all category winners at no extra cost

⚠️Book entries early as spaces will be limited and the online entry may close early

🌟NOVICE : 0-5 fights experience
🌟ADVANCED : 5+ fights experience

(includes total number of tournament and decision fights in any striking combat sport)
(interclub non-decision bouts not included)
(fighters will be automatically moved if found to be in the wrong experience class, for example entered novice but found to have had more than 5 fights)

Ages 5-17

ALL BOUTS WILL BE NON-HEAD CONTACT
3 x 1 minute rounds for quarters/semi finals
3 x 1.5 minute rounds for finals

Doors open and weigh in from 9am
Weigh in closes 10am
1st fight approximately 11am
Finish approximately 5.30pm

Enter your fighters in the correct age/weight category

Fighters who have no one in their category may be matched in an age/weight category lower or higher as close as possible.

Weight checks required one week before the event

VALID PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THE EVENT BY EMAIL OR WHATSAPP

Shin instep guards

Groin protector (boys)

⚠️ ALL FIGHTERS, COACHES AND PARENTS MUST BEHAVE IN A RESPECTFUL MANNER
⚠️ NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES
⚠️ ANYONE SMELLING OF THESE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT
⚠️ COACHES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FIGHTERS AND THEIR PARENTS AND MUST ENSURE ALL BEHAVE IN A RESPECTFUL MANNER

One coach and corner person per team
Children will not be allowed to weigh in wearing only underwear
All Competitors must have a valid License to compete, and must be shown at weigh in
Licenses can be purchased on the day
Parents registering their children must have permission of their club/coach before registering

Schedule will be live on the day so everyone knows when they are on roughly

🚗There is free parking behind the building and food/coffee shops within 3 minutes walking distance

⚠️BOOK ENTRIES EARLY
This event will be held in a martial arts club, there will be 1 ring on the day
Competitors/spectators numbers will be limited
Once capacity is reached the online entry will close and, depending on fighters withdrawing, will be a 1 out 1 in basis

Fees are incurred on our end on your entries from kihapp and the payment processing company.

Refund policy:

FULL REFUND:
1) We are unable to match you in a category before the tournament begins.
2) If the tournament for any reason does not go ahead.

REFUND MINUS 10% / £3:
1) Withdrawing from the tournament for any reason.

NO REFUND:
1) Withdrawing within 72 hours of the tournament for any reason
2) If a fighter arrives at the tournament and is over the weight entered, and we cannot rematch on the day, then no refund will be given.
