WUMA INTERCLUB MARTIAL ARTS COMPETITION

WUMA LICENCED EVENT - WUMA MEMBERS ONLY

DOORS OPEN: 2:00pm
REGISTRATION CLOSES: Midnight Sunday 19th April 2026
VENUE: The Edge Community Centre, Typhoon Way, Brockworth, Gloucester, GL3 4DY

COMPETITOR FEES
£25 per competitor for up to 3 categories (Points, Continuous & Teams).
Competitors may enter 1, 2, or all 3 categories for the same fee.

CATEGORY SPLITS
Competitors will enter a generic category.
Final splits will be made based on the number of entries, and separated by height, weight and/or experience where appropriate.

REFEREEING
Refereeing will be carried out by a mix of WUMA referees and attending club coaches.
As this is a friendly interclub event, clubs should expect to support officiating where required.

REGISTRATION
Competitors must pre-register — no entries on the day.
Spectators are recommended to pre-register. On-the-door tickets (if available) are £5 extra.
All registrations must be completed via Kihapp.
A QR code will be emailed to you, please print or screenshot it for entry.
If you do not receive your ticket, check your junk/spam folder.
No ticket, no entry.

CODE OF CONDUCT
All competitors, coaches and spectators must follow the WUMA Code of Conduct.
Breaches will result in disciplinary action.

COACH ENTRY
The main coach bringing the team receives free entry.
Additional coaches must purchase a spectator ticket.
Coaches will be asked to help referee.

REFUND POLICY
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds will only be issued if:
A category entered begins after 7:00pm, preventing the competitor from taking part.
The event is cancelled by the organisers.
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours after the event to info@wumawebsite.com
