Entry fees:


Pairs: £20 per pair

1 category: £70 (Individuals)

2 categories: £110 (Individuals)

3 categories: £140 (Individuals)

4 categories: £160 (Individuals)

6 categories or fewer: £195 (Individuals)

8 categories or fewer: £240 (Individuals)

10 categories or fewer: £250 (Individuals)

15 categories or fewer: £300 (Individuals)

General Information

This event is scheduled for 3 days which will be:
Thursday 30th July primary check in day all sports
Friday 31st July Day 1 Ringsports
Saturday 1st August Day 2 Ringsports
Sunday 2nd August Day 3 All Tatami Sports Categories

To reduce the cost on accommodation and travel:
Ringsports can weigh/check in on either the 30th July or 2nd August.
Tatami Sports can weigh/check in on either of the days the weigh ins are accessible
(if competing in Ring & Tatami fighters can weigh/check in on 30th July to 2nd August)
Competitors only need to weigh in once.

Categories will run to completion on the day they start, so will not have a seperate day for Finals.

All competitors are required to make themselves available where required on any day of the championships.

Fighters are required to be entered at the correct weight they can maintain safely.

Weigh ins Licence Check will be carried out at the check in times and location

No Licence No Fight No Refund
Fail Medical No Fight No Refund
Fail weigh in we will try to rematch you but if cant No Refund

Coach Ratios:
Is the amount of free passes based on the size of the team

1 Fighter = 1 Free Coach Pass
2 - 10 Fighters = 2 Free Coach Passes
11 - 15 Fighters = 3 Free Coach Passes
16 - 20 Fighters = 4 Free Coach Passes
21 - 25 Fighters = 5 Free Coach Passes
26 - 30 Fighters = 6 Free Coach Passes
31 - 35 Fighters = 7 Free Coach Passes

Capacity limits will dictate if teams can buy a spectator ticket and exchange this a coach band.

Coaches per fighter per area Tatami Sports = 1 coach per fighter competing in that area

Coaches per fighter per area Ringsports = 2 coach per fighter competing in that area

Additional coach bands required need to be discussed and agreed in advance of the event
