Competition Practice – Everyone’s Welcome!

This event is a friendly Competition Practice designed to help everyone grow — whether you're a Competitor, Referee, Judge, Recorder, or Timekeeper. It’s all about learning, building confidence, and having the chance to be coached in a real tournament setting.

We’ll organise the categories on the day, based on your age and level, so everyone gets a fair and positive experience. You’re welcome to enter Kata and/or Kumite, for free.

Instead of elimination rounds, we’ll run multiple matches so everyone gets more time on the tatami — more practice, more feedback, and more chances to improve.
