Welcome back to 'SPAR WARS'! A Friendly Local Round-Robin Sparring ITF Tournament being held at North Lakes, QLD, 4509!
Doors Open: 9:30am
Competition Starts: 10:30am
This competition is open to everyone no matter of club or affiliation, but note that all sparring rounds will be held under ITF rules.
Please only enter ONE division.
Competition sparring is for competitors who are training for competitions and are confident in their sparring.
Novice sparring is for competitors who may not be 100% confident with sparring but want to give it a crack. Novice sparring will have lighter level of contact enforced.
Tag Sparring is for the Little Kickers who may not be ready for full sparring but want to get some mat experience and have some fun! Tag sparring has no kicking or punching and focuses on footwork, with the winner grabbing the tag off their opponents belt first.
