This competition is for 7+ years.
It will be held on Sunday 19th November from 9am-5pm.
Kata rules:
• Individual Kata Under 3rd Kyu may repeat Kata each round.
• Individual Kata 3rd Kyu + must alternate Kata.
• Pairs Kata under 3rd Kyu May repeat each round.
• Pairs Kata 3rd Kyu + must alternate Kata.
•ASN Kata All grades any kata
Kumite Rules
• WKF Kumite contact rules apply.
• Strictly No Head contact under 12 years!
• Hand Pads and gumshields are compulsory all ages!
• Body Armour and Shin Pads are suggested for all ages 14+
