MMA Taekwon‑Do Invitational

Please note that this tournament will largely follow ITF Tournament Rules, with some modifications to ensure all participants enjoy time on the floor, and give members an opportunity to show off and develop their skills.

Sparring contact: Strictly no head contact for under 7 y/o categories, minimal head contact for 8-12 y/o categories. All categories will be light to semi-contact only (dependent on participants age, skill and experience).
