Please arrive at correct weigh in times.
Bring upto date licence juniors proof of Age for Ringsports

#We are also doing weigh in Saturday night between 6 &7.30pm all ages
At venue#

Please bring proof of payment with you which you received when booking on line.

Spectators pay on door £10

Please bring all fighting gear as there will be none supplied on the day
Gum shield compulsory no gumshield no fight.

12 MONTHS / NOVICE
is defined as someone who has not been training for over 12 months, anyone who has been training for 12 months or over and may not have entered any competitions is still defined as advanced.

Only one coach and corner person per team

Only one coach per competitor will be allowed ringside at all times

medical proof you are unable to compete

We are unable to match you in a category

Please be advised that all ring sports involving head contact will be controlled by the referee
