General Information
Good day to all Club Owners,
Prosperity Martial Arts Centre would like to invite your club to participate in the **Prosperity Winter Challenge 2026**.
This tournament caters for Traditional Martial Arts as well as any stand-up styles such as non-IOC Kickboxing and Korean Fighting Systems. It is a highly competitive championship for all clubs. Through this event, we aim to encourage friendship, participation, and interaction, irrespective of style or organisation, and we would love to see you there.
Furthermore, the tournament is an opportunity for clubs to introduce their novice students to a competition environment, as well as to prepare their more experienced athletes for upcoming provincial and national tournaments.
Please note the following:
* Provincial colours cannot be achieved at the tournament, however, this tournament does count towards the Korean and Combat league points systems.
* This competition has no bearing whatsoever on any organisation, team selection, or any other form of merit other than the **Prosperity Winter Challenge 2026** results.
Unfortunately, **NO refunds** will be given for no-shows or competitors who, due to illness, are unable to compete on the day of the tournament. Students who withdraw without a medical certificate within 36 hours of the event will still be liable for the entry fee.
Please register your referees, judges, and jury table officials as per the online registration process.
There will be a snack shop to cater to our hungry competitors and spectators. Card facilities will be available for payments. Our officials will be catered for throughout the tournament.
A live feed (subject to Wi-Fi availability) will also be made available for those who wish to watch online. We will share the streaming link with all instructors closer to the event.
Our aim is the development of athletes and officials, and we are looking forward to a fun day of quality competition and learning.
All payments and entries must be submitted to the Club Head of each club. The Club Head is requested to transfer their club's entries as a single bulk payment. **No entries from individual students will be accepted.**
Please note that entries will close on **28 May 2026**. We need to finalise the following in advance:
* Compile and finalise the male and female divisions, and identify any mistakes or incorrect entries.
* Compile and finalise the draw sheets for each division.
* Calculate the total number of entries so that we can determine how many tatami areas are required to ensure the tournament runs professionally and smoothly.
* Determine the total number of referees, judges, and jury table officials required for the competition.
* Finalise the Order of Events for the tournament.
Attached are the following documents:
1. Tournament Rules
2. Tournament Poster
