Opening Ceremony

Tournament Start: Immediately after opening Ceremony, all athletes, coaches, judges etc need to attend the opening ceremony on the first day.

Entry & Payments will only be accepted from dojos – NO INDIVIDUAL Entry and / or Payment to be made.

Entry forms All completed Competitor Entry forms / Indemnity Forms to kept on file by the Dojo Head and brought with to the Nationals.

Closing date for Entries as well as Payments : 03 Oct 2025

All Indemnity Forms to be completed and kept by Dojo Heads. This must be brought with to the Nationals. No student will be able to participate without a completed and signed Indemnity Form.

Photos: Podium photos will be taken throughout the Championship.

Cafetaria: Refreshments and light meals will be sold at the venue. No food or drinks will be allowed to be brought into the venue.
