Venue doors will open at 11:30 AM
Earliest Check-in at 11:20 AM
Order of Divisions: Weapons, Forms and Sparring for Beginner through Black Belt
Staging starts at 12:45 PM
Start Time: approx. 1 PM
Door Registration Cut-off at 12:30 PM

Refunds will be processed if the event is canceled due to weather or other special circumstances (and "snow date" is not convenient). Otherwise, no refunds will be issued.
