Equipment Checklist

Make sure you’re fully prepared:
• ✅ Approved MF Sparring Kit (Gloves / Boots / Headguard)
• ✅ Male groin protector – Mandatory
• ✅ Shin guards – Mandatory
• ✅ Mouth guard – Mandatory
• ❌ Sparring kit that does not fit may result in being unable to compete due to safety - please check your kit fits!
